Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce, etc.)
- Promote transport services such as full truck load (FTL), part load (PTL), fleet services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client logistics requirements and offer customized solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of transport/logistics industry
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Client handling and relationship management
- Ability to work on targets
