Help Sales Team in New Dealers appointment process throughout the region, outstanding follow up with distributor and primary salesperson district wise. 3. Contribute company in new business development 4. Help management to formulate discounts, schemes for market 5. Dealer Management(Help field team in resolving various issues in respect to network) 6. Reporting of competitors’ activities to management 7. Monitoring field team’s PJP, visit compliance regularly 8. Follow up daily activities of field team, guide, train, motivate them to accomplish individual as well as company’s objectives   9. Responsible for administration of Branch Office 10. Periodical visit of Go downs and stock monitoring 11. Keeping Liasion with all distributors 12. Assist management in manpower restructuring process 13.
