Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales of TMT steel bars within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will develop and manage dealer/distributor networks, generate new business, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include market mapping, competitor analysis, customer relationship management, and timely reporting. Candidates must have strong negotiation skills, field sales experience, and a deep understanding of the construction and steel industry. A graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred. Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
