Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure ESIC, PF, and compliance.
- Oversee attendance tracking and employee records.
- Handle salary disbursement and tax deductions.
- Address employee payroll queries.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare payroll reports and audits.
- Ensure timely filing of details.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless operations.
