Job Description:
Education Qualification: MBA
Exp: 3 to 5 yrs Exp
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting on role employees for onrole and third party(sub vendor ) manpower
2. Validate the manpower finalised by vendor thru tests & approve
3. Coordinate with third party manpower vendor to allocate manpower for
operation.
4. Database management /Records maintenance.
5. MIS Reporting
6. Statutory Compliance / Government Policies & Laws
7. Responsible for monthly attendance and payroll for both on roll and third party
manpower
8. Monthly client statutory audit documents preparation
9. Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide
resolution recommendations in compliance with applicable laws and company
policies.
10. Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate record-keeping and
documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
11. Maintain forms and registers as per Act

a. Contractor management
b. Manpower planning & management
c. Forms and Registers need to follow as per factories act
d. Preparation of audit documents
e. Follow all Statutory Compliance
f. Good Communication(English and Local Language)
g. Time office management(Payroll process)
h. Monitor contract vendor forms and register
