Review and Manage Sales MIS with respect to units sold, Rate realisation, KYC, Demand,
Collections, and Receivables etc.
Monitoring Payment status of invoices and manage payments request, 3 - Way match,
Review of GRN etc.
Review of customer files and new bookings status from the developer.
Review of bank accounts-maintained w.r.t inflows and outflows, collection tracking from
customers.
Review of legal cases initiated by customers and updation of status time to time.
Review of approvals and RERA compliances time to time.
Review of statutory compliances – TDS, GST , labour and other compliances.
Positive working attitude, willing to learn with strong work ethics and motivation.
Strong analytical skills with command on excel.
