Job Description:

Enquiry Generation through Customer visits, participation in Exhibitions, interacting with Industry
personnel
 Responding to Enquiries received through phone, email, customer referrals, industry referrals
 Submission of Techno – Commercial Offer
 Demonstration of the Tools & Machines at Customers premises or in the office
 Following up with Customer by Phone, Email and Direct Visit
 Negotiation & finalization of Orders
 Submission of Proforma Invoice & Receiving Purchase Order
 Ensuring the Material ordered by the Customer is delivered to them as agreed
 Payment & C – Form Collection
 Responding to Customer complaints
 Providing Operation & Maintenance Training to the Customer/his operators
 Submitting Daily Reports to the Management
 Preparation of Monthly Sales Plan, Travel Plan, Collection Plan and ensuring the implementation of the
same regularly.
 Participation in Training Programs / Workshops / Seminars organized for selected customers
 Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with the Material manufacturers, Machine Builders,
Consultants etc.,
 Providing simple service support to the customers at site
 Collecting Market intelligence / Competitor information and submitting the same to the Management.
 Supporting in marketing activities like attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
 Visiting New Customers, new territories and new applications in order to grow the sales and expand the
market.
TRAINING / TECHNICAL DIRECTION / EDUCATIONAL LEVEL
BE or Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
Basic Degree with minimum 3years of Sales Experience

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE / ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Ability to work hands-on with Leister Tools & Machines to Carry out Demonstrations
