Job Description:

Support the Asia Pacific Commercial teams by providing services on a full range of functions, including but not limited to policy issuing and renewal support, documentation and tariffication for prospects, invoicing and turnover Role :
Support the Asia Pacific Commercial, Marketing and
Project teams by providing services on a full range of
functions, the role will mainly look at product set up and
analysis and testing to support the region create more
efficiencies.
Main Responsibilities:
Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written)
▪ Understand policy and product document
creation.
▪ Attention to minute detail and support in
revising draft documents and testing.
▪ Support for the UAT which could be required
for different projects.
▪ Support the commercial team and provide
ongoing customer service through adherence
to the commercial workflows, including
document construction, database
management, liaising with the accounts
department for invoicing purposes, and
assisting the account managers with the
management of the renewal process.
▪ Continued knowledge building and technical
expertise on Coface products and services.
• Able to complete a task aligned with the group
standard (as per process manuals) and ensure
implementation of the latest group standard
(as per process manuals)

 

 

Technical / Functional skills:
• Demonstrate ability to complete task
accurately and on time with minimum
supervision.
• Demonstrates proactive attitude.
• Demonstrates teamwork both with function
and across functions
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work
well with all levels across the region
• Provide input to ensure ongoing
improvements and developments of existing
workflows.
• Strong Proficiency in MS word
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate / Post graduate fresher with
excellent command on English language
