Job Summary
Company is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator for the Pune (MG Road) location. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience in data entry, reporting, and MIS preparation. The role requires proficiency in Advanced Excel and basic knowledge of Power BI for preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting data management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with high accuracy
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Organize, compile, and update business records and documentation
Generate reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel
Assist in preparing data summaries and analytical reports using Power BI
Ensure proper filing and record management of digital and physical documents
Coordinate with internal teams for collecting and updating required information
Perform data validation and maintain confidentiality of company records
Support back-office operations and reporting requirements
Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate
6 months to 2 years of experience in Data Entry / MIS / Back Office operations
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI
Good understanding of data handling, reporting, and record management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic communication skills in English
Male / Female both can be considered
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and MIS reporting
Ability to create reports, summaries, and dashboards
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
