Job Description:

Role Overview
As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, improving performance systems, and supporting employee growth. This role goes beyond administrative HR — we are looking for someone who actively contributes to team development and organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
 Work with leadership on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps
 Strengthen and manage the Performance Management System (PMS)
 Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
 Support managers in people leadership and team effectiveness
 Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
 Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR compliance
 Resolve employee grievances professionally and confidentially
 Plan internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities
 Design and implement employee training, skill development, and career growth frameworks
 Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and team development
 Ensure smooth functioning of HR Admin activities
 Improve HR processes for a growing tech/gaming company
 Provide leadership with monthly HR analytics and workforce insights
 Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies

Requirements
 4+ years of HR experience (startup or tech company preferred)
 Strong communication and people management skills
 Experience in recruitment and performance management
 Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
 Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
 Proficiency in HR tools / spreadsheets / HRMS systems

 Proficiency in AI tools


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
 Experience in gaming, tech, or digital product companies
 Knowledge of employee engagement programs
 HR analytics / KPI tracking experience
 Training & development experience
 Experience with employer branding and hiring campaigns on social media
