HR person and marketing
Job Description:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with government laws such as PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.

Liaise with government departments, consultants, and auditors for statutory matters.

Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance timelines.

Support marketing activities including promotions, branding, and campaign coordination.
-
Assist in digital marketing, social media coordination, and lead generation activities.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for manpower and campaign execution.
-
Prepare reports on HR metrics, compliance status, and marketing performance.

Support management with administrative, compliance, and business development initiatives.
