Job Description:

 

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with government laws such as PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.

  • Liaise with government departments, consultants, and auditors for statutory matters.

  • Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance timelines.

  • Support marketing activities including promotions, branding, and campaign coordination.

  • Assist in digital marketing, social media coordination, and lead generation activities.

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for manpower and campaign execution.

  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, compliance status, and marketing performance.

  • Support management with administrative, compliance, and business development initiatives.
