Purpose
The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s
compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role also requires a strong
proficiency in HR analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the effectiveness of compensation and
benefits strategies.

Tasks
Compensation & Benefits Management:
• Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Oversee salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to align with the company’s strategic
objectives.
• Manage annual compensation reviews and appraisal processes.
HR Analytics:
• Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on compensation and benefits trends, employee performance, and
retention.
• Develop predictive models to forecast compensation and benefits costs and identify potential cost-saving
opportunities.
• Analyze data to ensure compensation and benefits programs are aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize compensation and benefits strategies.
Cost Management:
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and work closely understanding the business requirements
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the projects implemented.
Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
• Point of contact legal & Statutory concerns addressal
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies
Digitization:
• Assess the digitization requirement in coordination with relevant stake holders.
• Identify the applications that are suitable for the requirement
• Implementation of the digital applications by coordinating with relevant stake holders.
Education & Experience
• Post Graduation in HR (preferred) or Finance
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and cost management.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Advance excel, Power BI)
