Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients for real estate services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales and Business Development:
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs.
- Present company services effectively to prospective clients.

Meetings and Presentations:
- Travel to meet clients for on-site presentations and discussions.
- Deliver professional and engaging presentations to showcase offerings.

Coordination and Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Maintain records of client interactions and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development in the real estate sector or corporate sales services.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently.
- Presentation Skills: Professional and presentable demeanor to represent the company in meetings.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings as required.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to business growth.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach
