Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, professional Receptionist with 3-4 years of experience to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, along with proficiency in computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments.
- Maintain an organized reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Age between 25-40 years.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
