Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth in the events and hospitality sectors. The Events Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: • Sales and Business Development: o Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector. o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the events and hospitality industry. • Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. o Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Event Planning and Coordination: o Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute corporate events, MICE, and destination weddings. o Ensure all events are delivered to a high standard, meeting client expectations. o Oversee the logistics and operations of events, ensuring seamless execution. • Marketing and Promotion: o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. o Represent CYC Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking events. o Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote services and engage with clients. • Reporting and Analysis: o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. o Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or MICE industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong understanding of event planning, logistics, and coordination. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Willingness to travel as required.
