1.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

2.

Help Sales Team in New Dealers appointment process throughout the region, outstanding follow up with distributor and primary salesperson district wise.

3.

Contribute company in new business development

4.

Help management to formulate discounts, schemes for market

5.

Dealer Management(Help field team in resolving various issues in respect to network)

6.

Reporting of competitors’ activities to management

7.

Monitoring field team’s PJP, visit compliance regularly

8.

Follow up daily activities of field team, guide, train, motivate them to accomplish individual as well as company’s objectives

 

9.

Responsible for administration of Branch Office

10.

Periodical visit of Go downs and stock monitoring

11.

Keeping Liasion with all distributors

12.

Assist management in manpower restructuring process

13.

Checking order cleared, yet to clear which will be submitted to Raghav Bajaj.

14.

Legal Review, market review, branding district wise, dealer wise secondary review. Engg & Petty contractor support status.

15.

Following up on monthly event calendar and progress of any event is conducted.

 

 

Additional –

  • Designing and implementing successful sales & marketing strategies. 
  • Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate income 
  • Development of network of Dealers & Distributors, with a long-term vision  
  • Evaluating, review, analyse and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales. 
  • Create Customer Loyalty, Dealer & Distributor Loyalty programme as per Market scenario. 
  • Monitor Sales through digital tools (CRM)/Paperless environment. 
  • Ensure availability in all blocks in a district and strong secondary sales activities. 
  • Overview Branding work and proper BTL/ATL activities in the Zone . 
  • Arranging Mason/Engineer’s Meet /influencer Meet as per calendar and proper distribution of Gifts to all the influencers. 
  • Create Strategy for converting prospective dealer /in active dealers to active dealers as well mapping competitors channel partners for conversion and association with the company. 

Required Candidate’s Profile : 

  • Experience at least 15 yrs.+ in Cement/ Paints/ TMT sales dealer network in assigned state.
  • Must be very strong in data analytics/MIS and plan work as per proper insights. 
  • Team Management skills 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Problem solving skill
