Job Description:
Executive / Assistant Manager – F&B Service with experience in specialty restaurants:
- Oversee daily operations of the F&B service department in a specialty restaurant setting.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and hygiene are maintained.
- Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and guest interactions.
- Monitor and manage restaurant inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase restaurant patronage.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
