Job Description:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Sales – Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within the organization, ensuring efficient and effective processes that contribute to the company's overall success and growth in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals to ensure progress is being made and corrective action is taken if necessary.
  • Manage and direct the activities of the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare budgets and approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and recommend adjustments to meet overall profit objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management or relevant role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate sales operations or property management.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Candidates from Local Kolkata Market Preferred
