Accountant

Job Description:

1. Obligation to register all entry documents in their respective accounts and in accordance with applicable computer systems and programs and on the basis of the approved documentary cycle.
2. Reviewing the entry vouchers and approving them before registering them in the concerned accounts.
3. Monitoring all documents issued and received into the accounts.
4. Implementation of the financial and accounting procedures approved by the company.
5. Preparing monthly reconciliation of bank statements and presenting them to the General Manager.
6. Submit reports and financial statements requested by the Director General and carry out any financial analyzes requested from him.
7. Keeping a full copy of the financial and accounting system applied in the company and applying it.
8. Ensuring that all management adheres to the financial instructions of the company and presenting the defect to the General Manager.
9. Submit proposals related to the development of accounts and financial management to the Director General.
10. Monitoring financial receivables and credits and committing to settling them according to what is agreed upon.
11. The person directly responsible for the treasury and its current review.
12. To comply with the instructions of the Director General regarding the powers necessary for the job, as well as the implementation of any task assigned to him in the light of specialization.
13. He is committed to preparing all periodic reports, such as tax returns, and all data necessary for the financial controller.
14. Monitoring the store balances (incoming / outgoing / balance), verifying their validity, and identifying the deviation and who is responsible for it.
15. Receiving cash and checks to be deposited daily in the Corporation's accounts with banks, according to the accounting system.
16. Preparing the daily movement of receipts and payments in a daily detailed statement.

Requirement

1. Bachelor of Accounting Commerce.
2. Experience of not less than 3 years in the field of accounts.
3. Familiarity with the work of the final accounts and registration.
4. The ability to deal with electronic programs.
