Jr. Service Assistant
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
To manage receipt of international reports and ensure on-time delivery by overseas information providers and to manage receipt of customer's orders
- To assist daily communication with information providers and monitor their performance
- To handle email enquirers from customers and colleagues to facilitate work process and according to the prescribed company standards and prescribed workflow procedure
- To liaise with information providers, CER team and customer service colleagues in any issues related to clarification, modification or cancellation of orders
- To re-type reports delivered by overseas suppliers without delay and error
- To provide back up support of customer services
* Handle customer inquiry on any issues related to report content or delivery, sending reminders and follow-up with information providers in a timely manner as per company’s standards.
* Handle customer complaints and follow up with internal and external parties to provide solutions
- To provide back up support of sending reminders to overseas information providers and Hong Kong analysts team
- To provide back-up support to other team members during their leaves
- To handle ad-hoc projects to be assigned by supervisor
Skill set required:
Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic knowledge of finance & accounting principals
- Proficient in PC Knowledge, MS office & Word processing
- Able to meet deadline and daily volume target
- Detail-oriented and accustomed to detecting errors
- Multi-tasking, able to handle high volume of work under high pressure
- Good command of English (reading & writing) is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work at Hong Kong time zone
