Job Description:

Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Kasba Head Office, Kolkata [10am-7pm]
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Design and manage structured data repositories for ease of retrieval and analysis.
• Gather, compile, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources including
ERP, CRM, and production systems.
• Liaise with department heads to understand reporting needs and deliver customized
analytical solutions.
• Train staff on data entry standards and report usage as required.
• Analyze trends, patterns, and variances; present actionable insights to support strategic
planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for management and
department heads.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as MS Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot
Tables, Power BI, Looker Studio, App Script)
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using macros, scripts, or workflow tools to improve
efficiency.
• Present findings and reports to senior management in a clear, concise format.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• App Script/Looker studio expertise is preferable.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in an MIS, data analyst, or reporting role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building reports and dashboards for management
audiences.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics sectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data governance and information security best practices.
