Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client interactions, maintain customer data, and support relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries. Freshers with good interpersonal skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM system
• Follow up with clients for feedback, documentation, and service updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service delivery
• Track leads, inquiries, and customer interactions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and follow-ups
• Assist in retention and engagement activities

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Coordination
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and follow-up abilities
• Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM tools (optional)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Team player with positive attitude
