Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, order coordination, and after-sales support in a manufacturing setup. The role involves close coordination with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update customer database in CRM/ERP system
  • Coordinate with Sales team for order confirmation and client requirements
  • Process sales orders and track them till dispatch
  • Follow up with production team for order status and timelines
  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery
  • Communicate order status, delays, or updates to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
  • Manage documentation like Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, dispatch details
  • Follow up for pending payments in coordination with Accounts team
  • Maintain MIS reports (orders, dispatch, pending, complaints, etc.)
  • Support after-sales service and client retention activities

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and order flow
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM software 
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (reports, tracking sheets)
  • Problem-solving and multitasking ability

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any stream)
  • Diploma/Knowledge in Operations or Supply Chain is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in manufacturing / engineering company preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and internal departments
  • Strong follow-up and documentation skills
  • Female candidates (if required as per company preference)

  • On-time delivery coordination
  • Customer complaint resolution time
  • Payment follow-up efficiency
  • Data accuracy in CRM/ERP
