Location: Shopper’s Stop (Store Location)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associates to manage retail counters for women’s ethnic wear at Shopper’s Stop outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service
  • Assist customers in selecting women’s ethnic wear products.
  • Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Store & Counter Management
  • Manage assigned counters within Shopper’s Stop.
  • Ensure products are well-organized, displayed, and replenished.
• Stock Management
  • Conduct weekly stock counts of assigned counters.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Visual Merchandising (VM)
  • Ensure displays are maintained as per company VM guidelines.
  • Keep the counter visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience (preferably in apparel/ethnic wear).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a pleasant personality.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of women’s ethnic fashion trends.
• Experience working in multi-brand retail stores like Shopper’s Stop.
