Job Title: Payroll Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for one of the leading car dealers in Mumbai. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and advanced Excel skills. Both male and female candidates can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll management for employees.

• Process monthly payroll including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.

• Maintain payroll records and employee salary data accurately.

• Prepare payroll reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with HR and accounts teams for employee data updates and payroll inputs.

• Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.

• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, reports)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle payroll independently

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Payroll Processing / Payroll Management

• Experience in handling end-to-end payroll cycle

• Prior experience in HR/Payroll role preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: as per experience

• Incentives: Applicable after completion of 4 months

Working Days & Timing:

• Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)

• Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
