Job Description:

Payroll Management Responsibilities
 Independently manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 320+ employees using ERP
software (Saral Pay Pack v16.00).
 Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, including attendance (Time Attendance Software): Cosec Web-
based System
 , leave encashments, overtime (OT), shift allowances, and other variable components.
 Calculate and process statutory deductions: Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Labour
Welfare Fund (LWF), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
 Handle full & final settlement (F&F) for resigned employees, including gratuity, notice pay, leave
balance encashment, and other benefits as per policy.
 Manage bonus, incentives, arrears, and salary revisions while ensuring correct calculations and
proper documentation.
 Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams to ensure smooth disbursement of salaries and
statutory dues.
 Reconcile payroll registers with financial reports and resolve discrepancies.
 Maintain confidentiality of employee salary data and ensure compliance with data protection
regulations.
 Prepare and submit monthly and annual payroll reports to management and statutory bodies.
 Generate Form 16, ECR files for PF challans, PT returns, and other compliance documents.
 Respond to employee queries related to salary slips, tax deductions, reimbursements, and benefits.
 Conduct internal audits and support external payroll/statutory audits, ensuring timely resolution of
audit findings.
 Recruitment & Onboarding
 End-to-end recruitment management, including job posting through Naukri and Kutch career,
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
 Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
 Managing Onboarding process of Staff, Submitting Offer letter and Appointment letter.
 Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding processes and proper
documentation.
 Handling Joining process of Trailer driver in Saral Software and EPFO
 Employee Relations:
 Act as a point of contact for resolving employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
 Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
 Maintain cordial relations between employees and management to improve retention and
engagement.
 Training & Development:
 • Organize training sessions on Health & Hygiene, Workplace Safety.
 • Identify training needs and support employee skill development.
 Performance Management:
 Coordinate and support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
 Assist managers in setting KRAs, evaluating performance, and conducting feedback sessions.
 Monitor employee progress and guide on improvement plans where required.

 Insurance & Employee Welfare:
 Manage Mediclaim and Term insurance policies and ensure timely processing of employee claims,
addition & deletion.
 Liaise with insurance providers for documentation, claim settlements, and policy renewals.
 Support employees in understanding and accessing their insurance benefits.
 HR Administration & Facilities Management:
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
 Prepare regular HR dashboards, reports, and MIS for management review.
 Oversee company accommodation and transportation facilities.
 Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, health camps, events, and welfare programs
at the workplace in coordination with the Admin team.
 Manage fire and safety-related work to ensure compliance with safety regulations
 Coordinate with the electrical team for maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections of electrical
systems and infrastructure.
 Timely Submission Of Electricity Bill To Admin Staff And Making Payment On Time To Avoid
Penalties.
 To Verify Security Bills And Making Payments.
 Regular Yard Visit To Have A Close Watch On Each Housekeeping work. Supervising And Guiding
House Keeping Team To Maintain The Cleanliness In The Admin office, CHA Building, Canteen area
and Compound.
 Maintaining The Rental Agreements And Renewals .
