Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and reach out to startups, SMEs, agencies, and corporates needing digital or cloud transformation.
  • Generate leads through networking (BNI, LinkedIn, Email Outreach, Referrals, Events).
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline in the company CRM.

Sales Conversion

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing decks, and solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with JD and delivery teams to define scope and close deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to project management.

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Maintain regular communication with clients post-sale for upselling and renewals.
  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups and client satisfaction.
  • Convert happy customers into referral or retainer accounts.

Reporting & Target Tracking

  • Update CRM daily with lead progress and deal stages.
  • Participate in weekly sales reviews with JD.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.

Desired Skills & Traits

  • 1–4 years in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Agencies.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with hybrid work.
