Job Description: Trainer & Leader of Telemarketing
New Brands, Products, and Clients
• Introduce and train the team on new brands and products.
• Develop strategies for acquiring and maintaining new clients.
• Create and implement processes for lead generation of new brands.
• Research and analyze competing distributors, including product lists and pricing.
• Gather and manage client data of competitors.
• Identify and understand sales representatives of the competition.
Client Management
• Upgrade existing clients to key customers.
• Develop and manage a brand-wise line penetration pipeline.
Training & Development
• Conduct training sessions on sales pitches for upselling priority brands.
• Learn from brand owners and train the team on product information.
• Handle complaints and conflicts effectively.
Sales Process Optimization
• Develop scripts for each step of business activity.
• Conduct classroom training for script role-playing.
• Ensure exposure to all credit customers within comfort limits and control risks.
Logistics & Customer Service
• Record and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Identify a pipeline for products.
Sales & Order Desk Training
• Provide product training to the sales and order desk team.
• Manage client intimation and introduction of new products/brands.
• Align calling plans for the sales and order desk team.
• Ensure urgent deliveries are managed efficiently.
Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare review MIS and present performance vs targets.
• Recalibrate daily strategies for target achievement.
