Data Analyst
Job Description:
We’re seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to manage the accuracy, structure, and integrity of the
Management Library dataset. You’ll oversee data consistency across companies, executives,
and industries. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on data management—
perfect for someone who enjoys ensuring structured precision in complex, high-volume
datasets.
You’ll collaborate across engineering, and operation teams to ensure every profile, transcript,
and company in our system is properly identified and linked, supporting the continued growth
of company's proprietary data products.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure appropriate tagging for company, executive, industry, and identifier (ISIN, ticker)
metadata
• Ensure data integrity across the data products; identify coverage gaps and
inconsistencies.
• Ensure accurate linkage between executives, companies, and industries for both public
and private entities.
• Develop and maintain quality control processes, setting standards for accuracy,
completeness, and metadata consistency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering teams to optimize data ingestion,
tagging automation, and reporting pipelines
• Benchmark and incorporate best practices from leading financial data vendors such as
Refinitiv, FactSet, and S&P Capital IQ.
• Track and report coverage metrics—company additions, tagging accuracy, and data
quality trends
Qualifications
• E5+ years of experience in data management or financial information services, preferably
within a structured data or entity-management function.
• Strong familiarity with financial identifiers (tickers, ISINs, company hierarchies).

• Proven ability to work with large, structured datasets in Excel; SQL or data visualization
experience is a plus.
• Background in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle inconsistencies across large
datasets.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with research and technical teams.
• Experience with data process design, workflow optimization, or automation is
advantageous
