Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower handling and admin work
  • Liaisoning experience
  • Costing knowledge
  • Manage dispatch documentation and ensure timely coordination for material movement.
  • Handle vendor follow-ups, billing, and payment-related activities.
  • Act as a local liaison for coordination with transporters, suppliers, and government offices when required.
  • Support accounts-related tasks, including invoice verification, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in administrative functions such as office coordination, logistics arrangements, and compliance support.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure timely submission to Head Office.
  • Coordinate internally with departments like Purchase, Accounts, and Stores for smooth operations.
  • Ensure all commercial and administrative activities comply with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation and vendor coordination.
  • Good understanding of accounts and basic admin processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Preferably local candidate with good ability
