Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower handling and admin work
- Liaisoning experience
- Costing knowledge
- Manage dispatch documentation and ensure timely coordination for material movement.
- Handle vendor follow-ups, billing, and payment-related activities.
- Act as a local liaison for coordination with transporters, suppliers, and government offices when required.
- Support accounts-related tasks, including invoice verification, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Assist in administrative functions such as office coordination, logistics arrangements, and compliance support.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure timely submission to Head Office.
- Coordinate internally with departments like Purchase, Accounts, and Stores for smooth operations.
- Ensure all commercial and administrative activities comply with company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch documentation and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of accounts and basic admin processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Preferably local candidate with good ability
