Manager – Production Planning & Coordination
Job Description:

Oversee end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and coordination to achieve delivery commitments and optimize plant performance.

Develop and implement effective PPC systems ensuring timely availability of materials, manpower, and machinery for smooth operations.

Coordinate closely with procurement and stores teams for raw material (RM) linkage, inventory control, and supplier follow-ups to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance and identify bottlenecks to improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Prepare detailed MIS reports on production targets, material utilization, downtime analysis, and dispatch status for management review.

Act as the key liaison between the plant and Head Office (HO) for reporting, coordination of production schedules, and implementation of strategic directives.

Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure timely output while maintaining product quality and operational standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and coordination functions within the packaging manufacturing setup.
