sales Engineer
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastics manufacturing and processing sector.

Promote and sell company products to OEMs, processors, and distributors.

Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Understand customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to offer suitable product solutions.

Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and close sales deals.
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
-
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as assigned.
-
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.
-
Coordinate with internal departments (R&D, logistics, production) for order fulfillment and customer support.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer seminars.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

2–5 years of experience in sales .

Strong technical understanding of Sales.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
-
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Age up to 25 Years.
