Job Purpose:
To manage customer satisfaction, handle post-service feedback, and ensure a superior customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain customer feedback records and report trends.

Coordinate between service and sales teams to resolve customer concerns.

Conduct Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis and implement improvement measures.

Support in training staff on customer handling and communication skills.
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and customer management skills.

Positive attitude and teamwork approach.
Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:

2–5 years in customer service or the automobile industry preferred.
