Job Description:

RECRUITMENT

 Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process as per the budget plan.
 Source candidates from various web portals
 Coordinate and implement college recruitment, job fairs etc and other initiatives of sourcing candidates.
 Coordinate with various recruitment agencies and source candidates
 Screen of the right candidates
 Coordinating interviews with the Technical Team
 Complete the reference check formalities for the shortlisted candidates.
 Compensation management and negotiation
 Processing of the offer letter
 Follow up with the offered candidates and helping them with joining formalities.
 Maintaining Recruitment Database.
 Conducting Exit interviews


TRAINING
 Training Needs Assessment:
Identify and assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback from management or employees to ensure relevant training programs are developed.

 Coordinate Training needs:
Coordinate with training partners / in-store trainers and make sure the training is delivered effectively.

 Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Assess the success of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance metrics. Make recommendations for improvements based on evaluations.

 Onboarding New Employees:

Provide training to new hires, ensuring they understand the company culture, policies, procedures, and specific job-related skills.

 Coaching and Support:
Offer ongoing support and guidance to employees post-training to ensure the application of newly learned skills in the workplace.

 Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, feedback, and progress. Prepare regular reports for management.

 Collaboration:
Work with other stakeholders to identify skill gaps and improve performance across the organization.

 

Skills Sets Mandatory

 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire others.
 Good understanding of adult learning principles.
 Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software.
 Organizational and time-management skills.
