Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience in an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Tally accounting entries, GST (including reverse charge & reconciliation), TDS (rates & deduction tracking), and MIS reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Accounting (Tally):

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.

  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.

GST Compliance:

  • Handle GST calculations including Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

  • Ensure correct GST rates are applied on applicable transactions.

  • Conduct GST reconciliation with purchase registers and GSTR-2A/2B.

  • Assist in monthly GST filings and maintaining supporting documentation.

TDS Compliance:

  • Apply appropriate TDS rates based on nature of payments.

  • Ensure timely deduction and payment of TDS to the authorities.

  • Maintain TDS registers and coordinate for quarterly returns filing.

  • Track TDS deducted and validate with parties.

MIS Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.

  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–4 years in Accounting within an NBFC or financial services environment.

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.

    • Good understanding of GST, RCM, and TDS regulations.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel for MIS preparation and reconciliations.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Good communication and coordination abilities.
