Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Associate to support our outreach
and business development efforts. The selected intern will play a key role in generating leads,
engaging with corporate stakeholders, and promoting our restaurant’s offerings such as
corporate catering, lunch box subscriptions, high tea packages, group bookings, and gift
cards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
 Identify and compile a database of corporate offices in Pune / Bangalore using
online resources (Fundoodata, directories, LinkedIn, and business networks).
 Segment the target market based on industry, company size, and employee strength
to prioritize outreach.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
 Reach out to Admin Heads, HR Managers, Executive Assistants, Office Managers,
Event Companies, and Caterers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
 Build and maintain a database of prospects with detailed notes on interactions,
discussions, and follow-ups.
3. Sales Pitch & Presentation
 Present tailored offerings such as:
 Outdoor Catering (corporate events, parties)
 Lunch Box Subscriptions
 High Tea Packages
 Group Bookings (dine-in)
 Corporate Delivery & Parcel Orders
 Meal Coupons & Gift Cards
 Develop customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.

Other Requirements:
Skills:
 Strong communication (verbal & written) to engage effectively with corporate clients.
 Negotiation & deal-closing abilities.
 Lead generation & prospecting skills via research, cold calling, and networking.
 Presentation & proposal development skills.

 CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel) for tracking leads, meetings, and follow-
ups.

 Time management skills to handle multiple leads and maintain an active sales funnel.

Knowledge:
 Corporate Catering & F&B services, including service formats, pricing, and logistics.
 B2B sales processes and client decision-making patterns.
 Pune / Bangalore corporate ecosystem** (IT parks, business hubs, and key
industries).
 Sales metrics & pipeline management (KPIs, client engagement, revenue tracking).
