Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to support key operational activities, coordinate digital transformation initiatives and assist in the fundraising ecosystem. The role involves managing day-to-day operations and leading the onboarding of partners, clients, and internal users onto our digital platforms and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will handle financial services, operational excellence and a strong understanding of fintech systems and tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to implement new tech tools and digital platforms.
Coordinate with tech vendors, ensure timely implementation, and follow up for issue resolution.
Assist in building the ecosystem for credit facilities, including working with financial institutions, investors, and fintech partners.
Help in structuring and executing fundraising efforts – both debt and equity.
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients/partners/employees on tech platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for day-to-day operational needs.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports and operational data.
Act as a liaison between the operations and tech team to ensure process requirements are integrated into platform functionalities.
Monitor adoption rates and suggest process or UI improvements based on user feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM.
Familiarity with loan origination systems, KYC tools, and digital lending platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under timelines.
