Role Brief:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Wealth Manager – Client Acquisition to drive the expansion of our Retail and HNI client base.

This role is primarily focused on acquiring new clients, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our suite of investment products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to new clients.

Role Responsibilities:

 Proactively acquire new Retail and HNI clients through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and market mapping

 Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the client base and AUM (Assets Under Management)

 Understand prospective clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to offer tailored solutions

 Conduct effective presentations and pitch investment offerings, including equities, mutual funds, bonds, insurance, and other products

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account activation of new clients

 Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve defined acquisition and revenue targets

 Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and regulatory developments to improve acquisition strategies

 Provide ongoing service and support to acquired clients, ensuring smooth transition into long-term relationship management.

Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, leads, conversions, and client interactions using CRM tools

Role Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field

 Experience in sales/business development in share broking or wealth management

NISM certifications (such as Series V-A and Series VII) preferred

 Proven track record of client acquisition and achieving sales targets

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Self-driven, target-oriented, and energetic approach to client building
