Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or social media, maintain calendars and learn software's for customer interaction.
● Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
● Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
● Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
● Identify and suggest opportunities to improve customer service processes and experiences.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
● Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
● Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
