Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance client retention and growth.
 Acquire new clients through referrals, cold calling and marketing initiatives.
 Advise clients on investment options such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, margin trade funding and Loan against Shares based on their risk profile.
 Assist clients with account opening, KYC updates and other documentation.
 Stay updated with market trends, stock movements and investment strategies to provide accurate advice.
 Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and service related issues.
 Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition, revenue generation and cross-selling financial products.
 Coordinate with internal teams for trade execution, back-office processing and compliance.

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or a related field.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Passion for financial markets and client servicing.
