Branch Manager for Indore/Jaipur/Pune/ Nagpur

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our stock broking branch. The
role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the capital markets and the ability to drive
business through client acquisition, team management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead, manage and grow the branch's retail and HNI broking business.
 Drive client acquisition and revenue targets through the team and own efforts.
 Train and mentor a high-performing team of Relationship Managers/Advisors.
 Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
 Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
 Monitor branch performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
 Promote cross-selling of third-party financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, IPOs, margin trade funding and Loan against Shares.
 Address and resolve client issues/escalations promptly and professionally.
 Coordinate with HO/Compliance/Operations teams for business and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Key Skills:
 Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
 NISM Series-VIII and other required certifications as per SEBI guidelines.
 Strong knowledge of capital markets, equity, derivatives, margin Trade Funding and Loan against
Shares and demat operations.
 Proven experience in team handling and business development.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
