Job Description:

1. CA Qualification is mandatory.
2. Experience max 15 years.
3. Budget up to 35LPA 40LPA.
4. Preferred Male candidates only
5. Notice period Immediate Joiner, 15 days or 30 days’ notice.
6. Manufacturing Sector experience
   
   

SKILLS:-

 Hands-on experience in managing company finances and accounts.
 Expertise in financial planning, management reporting, and internal
controls.
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, statutory compliances,
and taxation.
 Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

JOB PROFILE:-

 Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial
reporting.
 Lead financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and strategic
decision-making.
 Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk assessment to support business
goals.
 Handle audits, statutory payments, and compliance with regulatory
standards.
 Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and financial
systems.
 Develop and enforce finance policies and drive process improvements.
 Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights for stakeholders.
 Mentor and guide the finance team to build capabilities and ensure
performance.
 Leverage technology to automate processes and enhance operational
efficiency.
 Preferred experience in manufacturing industries, with furniture
manufacturing as an added advantage.
