Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage
our sales operations for high-end residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong
expertise in the interiors industry, have an MBA in Marketing, and demonstrate exceptional
leadership and communication skills. This role will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing key
client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth in the high-end residential
interiors sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, architects, designers, and other key
stakeholders in the interior design space.
- Ensure effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored
solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong network of contacts within the interiors industry.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage and reduce the sales cycle duration to meet company expectations.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive strategies.

Mandatory Skills & amp; Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-end residential interiors sales (must-have).
- MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a high-end interiors company.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales teams effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Excellent networking abilities with key industry players (architects, designers, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad market and surrounding areas.
- Existing relationships with key clients in the high-end residential segment.
