Position Overview:
 
The Technical Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all technical and infrastructural aspects of our managed office spaces. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure that our clients' office spaces operate at the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Technical Operations Management:
Oversee the daily technical operations of all managed office spaces, including infrastructure maintenance, IT systems, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and telecommunications.
 
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality services for technical support, repairs, and office setup requirements. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
 
Office Setup and Handover:
Manage the technical setup of new office spaces, including installation and commissioning of systems such as networking, security, and audio-visual equipment. Ensure smooth handovers to clients.
 
Facilities Management:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for office equipment, infrastructure, and systems. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
 
Project Management:
Lead technical projects related to office expansion, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
 
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements in the technical operations workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and ensure top-tier service delivery..
 
Client Relations:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, resolving any technical issues and ensuring satisfaction with office functionality and infrastructure.Qualifications and Experience:
 
Qualification and Required Skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical operations or facilities management, preferably in commercial real estate or managed office environments.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of office infrastructure systems including IT networks, electrical, HVAC, and security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and a track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in office environments.
