Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll Management. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and managing payroll operations effectively and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Maintain an up-to-date pool of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies, if necessary, to source candidates.
- Prepare and present offer letters to selected candidates.
- Manage recruitment-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
2. Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into the company.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, including introducing company policies, benefits, and culture.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, including employment contracts, tax forms, and other relevant documentation.
- Set up employee accounts for various company systems (HRMS, email, payroll, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with various departments (IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure that new employees have the necessary tools and equipment.
3. Payroll Management:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Collect and verify employee attendance, leave data, and overtime calculations.
- Process statutory deductions (e.g., tax, provident fund, gratuity) and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and distribute salary slips to employees.
- Handle queries related to salary, bonuses, and deductions from employees.
- Assist in preparing and submitting payroll-related reports to management and statutory bodies.
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of payroll-related information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR, specifically in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll Management.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
