Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll Management. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR processes. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s talent acquisition efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and managing payroll operations effectively and accurately.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pool of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, if necessary, to source candidates.
  • Prepare and present offer letters to selected candidates.
  • Manage recruitment-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

2. Onboarding:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into the company.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, including introducing company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, including employment contracts, tax forms, and other relevant documentation.
  • Set up employee accounts for various company systems (HRMS, email, payroll, etc.).
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with various departments (IT, Admin, etc.) to ensure that new employees have the necessary tools and equipment.

3. Payroll Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Collect and verify employee attendance, leave data, and overtime calculations.
  • Process statutory deductions (e.g., tax, provident fund, gratuity) and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Prepare and distribute salary slips to employees.
  • Handle queries related to salary, bonuses, and deductions from employees.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting payroll-related reports to management and statutory bodies.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of payroll-related information.

 

 


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR, specifically in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll Management.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
