Job Title: Corporate Sales Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Officer with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the interior industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market share within the interior sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue growth, specifically within the interior industry.
  • Client acquisition and relationship management: Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients, including architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Product presentations and negotiations: Conduct product presentations and meetings with potential corporate clients to understand their needs, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Manage corporate accounts: Oversee and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing sales deals.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure products meet client specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Market analysis and trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Sales reporting: Track sales progress, provide regular updates to senior management, and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback.
  • Customer service and support: Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in corporate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in the interior industry (preferred).
  • Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of interior design products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Client relationships: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Negotiation and communication skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Sales performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle client issues and objections effectively.
  • CRM and MS Office proficiency: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling interior solutions, furniture, décor, or related products.
  • Strong network of industry contacts (architects, interior designers, contractors).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
