Job Title: CRM/Data Entry Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused CRM/Data Entry Executive to manage our customer relationships, handle data entry tasks, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely feedback.
2. Quotation and Order Management:
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Manage orders, including data entry, tracking, and follow-ups.
3. Data Entry and Management:
- Accurately enter customer data, orders, and other relevant information into our CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
4. Paperwork Handling:
- Manage and maintain paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
5. Floor Management:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth floor operations.
- Assist with customer walk-ins, phone calls, and other inquiries.
6. Customer Feedback Handling:
- Collect and document customer feedback.
- Analyze feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in CRM, data entry, or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data entry tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
