Job Description:
Understand the technical aspects of the products or services offered by the company.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide technical consultations.
Generate inquiries and references, and explore new opportunities in the assigned region.
Meet the given monthly sales target.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide technical support to customers before and after the sale. Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond pro-actively to the concerns of customers.
Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Sales, and Accounts as and when required
Document sales activities, customer interactions, and technical specifications accurately.
