Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

   • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for plywood production, procurement, and delivery projects.
   • Coordinate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines and objectives.
   • Ensure projects comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Team Coordination and Leadership:

   • Lead cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, sales, and logistics departments.
   • Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor team progress.
   • Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.

3. Stakeholder Management:

   • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
   • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
   • Address and resolve issues or conflicts promptly to maintain project momentum.

4. Risk Management:

   • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
   • Monitor and adjust project plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges or changes in scope.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

   • Track project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables.
   • Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource utilization, and cost management.
   • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
