Sales Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives, setting targets and ensuring their achievement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and provide actionable insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance the sales pipeline.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and sales techniques.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting performance metrics and challenges.
• Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
• Candidates with experience in developer groups like Shilp, Shivalik, Ganesh Housing, Suryam, Godrej, Adani, etc., are preferred.
• Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory).
• Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
